What is Weld Senior Symposium?

The Weld Senior Symposium is a free annual event created for Weld County older adults and the family members, friends, and caregivers who support them. Since 2015, a volunteer planning committee has worked year-round to bring the county’s most useful information together in one place for a single day. Attendees hear directly from attorneys, health professionals, and local service providers on the topics that matter most as we age, from wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to Medicare updates, housing rights, and everyday independence. Between sessions, you can visit dozens of local organizations, ask questions face to face, and leave with resources you can actually use. This year’s Symposium, Navigating Legal Issues and Area Resources, takes place Thursday, October 1st, 2026 at Island Grove in Greeley.
